2008年8月2日金曜日、テネシー州ナッシュヴィルのロックタウンでのライヴを収めた内容となっている。
アルバムの方は、Billboard 200において全米100位を記録した。
ライヴの内容は2部に分けられ、第1部は『Colors』全曲の再現、第2部は過去のアルバムからの選曲となっている。DVDは2部とも収録されているのに対し、CDの方は第1部のみの収録になっている。
