2000年に結成された、アメリカ合衆国ノースカロライナ州ローリー市出身のプログレッシブ・メタルバンドである。
バンド名の由来はCounting Crowsの曲Ghost Trainの歌詞より。
Dan Briggs曰く「僕たちは実験的で先を見据えた音楽を作ることを一番大事な信条にしている」とのことである。
Tommy Giles RogersとPaul Waggonerが結成時からのメンバーで、Tommyがバンドの歌詞をすべて手掛けている。
